What a "sub-processor" is
A sub-processor is a third party we engage to process personal information in order to operate the Service — for example, to host data, process payments, deliver email, or monitor errors. We remain responsible to you for the services these vendors perform on our behalf.

Notes
- Outbound email is delivered through Amazon SES. Swiftrics does not use Mailgun or Postmark in production.
- No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking vendors are used. Swiftrics's built-in Customer Site analytics are cookieless and do not store raw IP addresses or user-agent strings (see the Privacy Policy, Section 3.3).
- The Upstream Registrar is currently Amazon Route 53 Domains; its identity may change over time, and we will update this list if it does. Registry and data-escrow providers engaged through the Upstream Registrar are covered by that relationship.
Changes to this list
We will keep this page current. Where the Data Processing Addendum applies, we will provide advance notice of new sub-processors as that addendum specifies, giving Customers an opportunity to object.
